Would you take fertility meds without your partner knowing?

My husband opposes fertility meds because of the risk of twins. I get that it would be more difficult time-wise and financially, but my Dr. said it is the next step in the infertility journey. 
Do I give up on my dream? Am I bad if I take them without him knowing?
