Do you ever get body acne?

I do and idk why I take really good care of my skin. My face is clear usually (occasional breakouts) but my back breaks out. Not severely, but I usually have 1 or 2 on my back at a time. When those go away, another one seems to pop up. It's frustrating. They go away fast but then I usually have a mark from it, even if I don't pick at it. I follow directions from a dermatologist but it doesn't go away completely. It also comes in randomly and sometimes I won't have any for months. Just wondering if I'm the only one.
