Cut on face near nose

So I got hit with something in my face at a party and it hit me near my nose. I split a little and I not have a little discoloration and a light scratch mark but I can feel the scratch is raised a little as well(not sure if it will scar) Anyone know any over the counter or home remedies to get rid of discoloration and the scratch?
