Glow says to wait to test...

So I know it will tell me to test tomorrow. Glow said AF was due 11/18 but it didn't come. Now it's saying 11/25. I tested 11/17 and got a BFN. Should I test tomorrow like Glow will suggest or wait when AF is due??? I don't want to be disappointed. 15 DPO tomorrow.
