Heart issues? 23 weeks

Sooo I've been having episodes of my heart racing, shortness of breath, palpitations, etc... Doc wants me to wear a monitor for 48 hours to check out my hearts rhythms. Anyone else have this? (3rd baby)

Yeah, this is common- it's most likely episodes of Supraventricular tachycardia (SVT). Hormones and change in blood volume can trigger this. I had it before getting pregnant and would take a drug called metoprolol for it, and it flared up between weeks 12 and 18. Now it's a lot better at week 24. 
The holter monitor will be sure that's all it is and no weird arrhythmias that would require meds or monitoring. I bet it will turn out just fine! And wearing the holter really isn't bad; just wear loose shirts and no one will even see it.

I was on one for a month. Just sent it back on Monday. But I've been dealing with heart problems for a few years now

I had it with my first. Had to wear a monitor 24/7 for a month other than showering. I was 7 months I think. It was such a pain, nothing ever came of it either, and I was back to normal after baby.
