This morning I was informed I have gestational diabetes. 3 readings out of 4 of my 3hr test were abnormal. That's a pretty convincing diagnosis. I literally just woke up and got the call so I feel so numb like it hasn't hit me yet. I'm 28w1d. I can feel the anxiety hovering. I don't know anyone that has had this during pregnancy... of anyone can give me some advice that had helped them or made their rest of pregnancy easier or just good to know facts I'd be very thankful. With thanksgiving next week I doubt I'll see my diatrician before then but I'd also like to know how to handle that holiday and just diabetes in general..thank you. :(
