Protein advice any vegetarians?
I'm a little concerned that I'm not getting enough protein. The only foods I can stomach at the minute are all carbs. I'm a vegetarian who doesn't eat fish or eggs and wondering if anyone in the UK knows of a protein shake that's OK in pregnancy? I normally have my protein impact diet whey, I've read that whey protein isn't ideal because of the sweeteners and additives. Any ideas?!
