Help major headaches

I'm 7 weeks and am getting terrible headaches I feel foggy like I can't move. Almost passed out yesterday also, I have syncope and tend to pass out about twice a year. It lasted way longer than normal though about 20 mins and I was never able to pass out ( sounds crazy but after I come to I feel way better so it's actually a relief) I keep getting dizzy or blacking out when I stand up too. I'm not getting sick but I'm gassy I belch a LOT and I don't have any appetite so I don't eat much or drink much. Nothing sounds good or tastes good anymore. Idk what to do !
