Did anyone get pregnant after their first cycle using this App

Not sure if it counts as first (my first month I'm 99% sure I didn't ovulate so there was no chance at all) but got pregnant this month. It was on point with my most fertile day and I was able to validate with a really positive OPK and tons of EWCM.

I was on Loestrin Fe as well and it messed with my cycle. I was extremely late on my last cycle. Been off BC for 2 months. Will my body start to ovulate back on track? Can I possibly get pregnant in this time?
