I'll be 22 weeks tomorrow and my nipples have been leaking a lot lately. This is my first pregnancy, so I don't know what's normal. I don't have any of the bra pads for breastfeeding yet, so I've just been sticking tissues in my bras for now. I just wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing this and if it's normal. I don't want to call my doctor about something so minor.
