Reiki
I work in a mental health office that recently started offing Reiki.
I was raised in an extremely religious family and a strict religion of sorts so up until last week I was scared, skeptical and all around just stand offish with the whole thing.
Since then I have opened up to the idea and I have a session today. Can anyone out there give me some benefits or even some background maybe to the origians?
I am also open to hearing thoughts and opinions about reiki it's self as I would like to be more informed. (Google only gets you so far)!
I would also like to know if anyone has had any cool experience or maybe even a bad experience. I am open to hear anything.
