Hi, I had my 12 week scan yesterday and everything was absolutely fine perfectly healthy. This evening I've started to get cramps and a bit of spotting and discharge. I've called 111 and they were the most unhelpful people on the planet. She basically  said oh well your having a miscarriage don't bother going to the hospital they won't do anything you'll just have to manage with it. When I finally managed to speak and explain I'd had a healthy scan yesterday she went on to say well baby is fine what you worried about. Should I be concerned??
