I've worked in many areas of customer service both during the Holidays and not.  I understand it can be hectic, exhausting, overwhelming, and frustrating; I know that customers can be mean, rude, nasty, and down right abusive.  
The one thing I ask of you is that you PLEASE, try your absolute best to avoid projecting your frustration, and anger onto the customers you encounter.  Give each and every customer the benefit of the doubt.
