IVF and multiples, What will you do?

Renee • Ttc after loss. I`m 39 and I have two boys who are 20 and 21 years old. My husband and I have endured the loss of our daughter at 27 weeks. We are crazy in love and can`t wait to grow our family.
My insurance covers IVF 100 percent, so there's a pretty good chance we will try it. I understand there is a chance it won't work. There's also the chance that I could end up with multiples. I'm kind of heart broken that I'd have to choose which fertilized egg gets to become a baby but I know if I don't let them remove some 9 them my body won't carry them and they may all die. WOW, this is a very real issue hurting my heart right now. I'm just wondering what others would do. My husband's first response was we will keep them all, but like I said, that could be devastating too. I guess we have decided we would keep twins. I still want to hear different perspectives. What would you and your husband do?
