Cramps before ovulation?
Learning about my body & recently I've been reading into fertility and am using this app for tracking
5 days after my period I started getting cramps on my lower right side did that mean I was ovulating?
This was like maybe 5 or 6 days after my period
The thing is the cramps really started on what was supposed to be the 1st day of my fertile days
Can u have cramps on ur fertile days and it's NOT ovulation? Or u can only have cramps on ovulation day? Can fertilization take like 2 days? Cause I felt the cramps for like 2 days
Had unprotected sex and that's what I'm wondering about
***Another thing before using this app I was using another 1 called Period Diary but when I looked it said I ovulated on that particular day, could someone make their mind actually believe they r ovulating and thus they trick their body into ovulating?
Cause I saw the Ovu date the old app I was using had and I just had that in my mind and then all of a sudden on that exact day I felt cramps
