It's just milk... Rub it of when you take a shower

It looks like dried milk. Just scrub off.

In the shower if you use gengle soap and rub does some come out? I always thought it was just left over milk in the pores.

Yes it def looks like milk. I had something similar last week & im set to give birth next week so it was built up/dried colostrum for me. I used a warm wash cloth to soften it up, then lightly & I mean ever so lightly used the my tip of nail & wash cloth to scrub it off.

Could also be yeast. I struggled with yeast on my breast a lot during breastfeeding. If it's burning or hurting call your dr to get an all purpose nipple cream.

Probably dried milk. 🥰 possibly thrush or something similar, wash it off. If not itchy, probably just a milk leak that dried up.

It’s just colostrum. Your body is getting ready for baby. I started having it at 28-29 weeks.

its just milk, when this happens to me I just get in the shower and use my rubber face exfoliating pad thing (lol sorry I can't think of any better way to describe it) and gently clean it off with warm water
