Antibodies on sperm tails

My husband and I have been TTC #1 for 7 months now and decided to see a fertility specialist. He tested my progesterone and his sperm to see if there was an immediate issue before doing more in-depth testing. We went back to the doctor and found out that even though his count is normal and has good motility his sperm tales have antibodies. Dr. told us he wanted us to wait a month and retest my husband. If it showed the same data we would proceed from there. Has anyone ever had sperm tales have antibodies? And what was the treatment or is there any?
