I had my first transvaginal ultrasound yesterday, the baby measured in at 6w 1d and everything was going great. The heartbeat was 107 which I thought was a little low, but my doctor assured me it is average for 6w.

This morning I am having some spotting, and it's terrifying. I have never had spotting after an ultrasound before (2 previous pregnancies that both ended before 12 weeks). So I am crazy nervous. My bestie says I should try talking to my doctor, and if they aren't available I should go to the ER because of my medical history. Just not sure what to do.
