Measuring full term at 35 weeks, possible c-section. (Long)

Dee🤓 • Had my boy Dec. 16th 2015 after having three miscarriages. Now I am pregnant again, after another miscarriage, so hopefully this one sticks. Due October 16th!
Anyone else go through something like this?
So I've been measuring ahead for a while.
Little back story. I had gastric bypass, so I have excess skin. I also have irregular periods and I've had 3 miscarriages. I'm also high risk because of all that plus other things as well. So when I first went in the guesstimated my due date.
Since about 20 weeks they've been saying "oh, you're measuring 4 weeks ahead" or they'd measure my tummy and I'd be measuring bigger. The problem is that my regular doctor retired (how I miss him) and the doctor I was assigned to I didn't like. So I changed docs. Well, I liked my new one, she was also preggers, but only saw her once. She went on maternity leave. So I've been seeing a nurse practitioner and occasionally another doc, who I also like. Anyways, I told the NP that I've been measuring big, and her response was that they probably didn't measure right because of the excess skin. She measured me and said I'm right on target (this was at 28 weeks).
Well, I've also had numerous ultrasounds (Level 2 US) because baby's kidneys have been dilated and he was measuring fine (50%) for a while. But at about 30 weeks they told me he was bigger. I didn't worry about it. At 33 weeks he measured at 6 lbs. 😁 I worried a little.
Yesterday I had my 35 week ultrasound and during the US she asked ,"you're due in a week?" And I said no, in a month. She said, "really?! Because his stomach is measuring full term. He's big." I asked how big. She said 8 lbs! When the doctor came in he checked too. 8 lbs 5 oz. plus his head, his legs and even his brain is all measuring full term. He said at this rate, if I am in fact only 35 weeks, I'd be having a 10-11 lbs baby. He recommended a c-section, so Monday (hopefully) I'll see the doctor to discuss my options.
I was a small baby (7 lbs). But hubby was huge (13lbs). Also, I do not have gestational diabetes. I actually have low blood sugar (usually between 50-60).
