I've had a runny/stuffy nose, drainage cough, headache (gone now), fever (also gone), and now pain in both my ears. I think it's pressure from all this drainage, but I am miserable!! What do y'all recommend to relieve the pain in my ears?

Onions! Cut them, wrap it in a cotton blanket and hold it against your ear.
