Weddings off!

After years of what I thought was love I finally had the strength to leave. I was wondering how can I get over this? I don't want to see my ex it breaks my heart more if I do but how do I remove his stuff from my home? Do I go about myself and pack it up in bags and drop it off? Do I have it ready for him to pick up? Do I give back my engagement ring?
