I don't think it's twins, how far along are you here? You can usually detect two heartbeats at least. And this image looks like your far along enough to see both babies.

They would have told you by now if you were having twins . Ultrasounds can detect twins super early now .

Well they didn't see my aunts twins. Only one baby until she was 20 weeks... IDK just looks like another face
