Help please

I'm coming back to you ladies for advice again. It seems that I get the best advice from here. My period is expected tomorrow 11/22. Usually before I start I will cramp a lot, have a serve headache for days and very moody/emotional. I get very bloated when I eat, my nipples are very sensitive in the shower, today is the first headache I've had, I can hardly use the restroom, I'm really tired, and this morning I woke up feeling bad kind of like starting to get sick (almost like flu like symptoms). I took a pregnancy test on Thursday (11/19) and it was negative. I have been told by my doctor that since my cycles are usually 38 days that I probably don't ovulate every month. Are these early signs of my AF or pregnancy? We have been trying for 10 months.
