Rash? Breakout? Anyone know what this is???

So today I started out with two red spots. Now they're all down my arm just my left one though.... Anyone know what this is?? They itch when they come up, but not after. I haven't been outside or anything.

Get a flash light and lift up your mattress and look closely in every crack and crevice. They are small and hard to see sometimes. They are extremely hard to kill because they can servive from inbreeding so they just get worse as time goes on so if you do have them don't take it lightly because those little shits are hard to kill like I said. Make sure you have good hygiene and that you're showering every night because they like sweat. the bites can be on one part of your body or all over. Take all the covers off your bed and wash them, make sure your room is clean and vaccumed and that there's no dirty clothes. Wash and dry every piece of clothing you own. 
After you wash the clothes pick out a few outfits to last you for as long as you like and fold them neatly in your drawers so you have clothes to wear. For the rest of your clothes put all of it in trash bags and if you can place them outside. Preferably in the smoldering heat so the fuckers can burn to death. Or the cold, that works too. If you can get ahold of a mattress cover get one or you might have to get rid of your mattress. Also wash everything that's fabric, stuffed animals anything. Even your curtains. 
They live in the carpet too so if you can shampoo that shit. 
The treatment for beg bugs by a professional is 2000 dollars. They probably won't go away immediately, luckily the exterminator will come out every month or 2 and spray until they are gone for good for free. But if you don't do all these things I told you it will be harder to get rid of them and it will take longer and trust me, that really sucks because the bites will get worse and you will be miserable. Bed bugs are the devil in nasty parasitic bug form.
