Early pregnancy pains

Pip • Pregnant with a little boy • c-section is booked for 4th July 2016 at 8am ✨
I keep getting cramps, it feels like period pain. Did anyone else get this early pregnancy, I'm around 4/5 weeks. Have a hospital appointment today. But I'm hoping this is normal!
