For the past couple nights, when I wake up and stretch my legs straight out, I freeze in extreme pain because in both my legs, my calf muscles start tensing up and this horrible pain shoots up my legs!😣 Has anyone else experienced this?? I don't understand why this happens? Or how to prevent it? After it goes away in about 15 seconds, my feet feel kind of numb. It's so strange! I wouldn't want to feel that pain EVER again!! OMG! Anyway, please if anyone else has felt this and knows why it happens and what I can do to stop it..please comment below. I would appreciate it very much! 😊☺ Thank you!
