A coworker of mine has said she still breastfeed a her almost two year old. She hasn't had any milk in a long time so he's pretty much just sucking her nipple. She said she doesn't want to stop because she doesn't want to feel like she's abandoning him. When she told me I thought that was very odd. She was out to dinner and the toddler was pulling her shirt down to get it. Are you even suppose to breast feed after a year? And since no milk has been there for a while I find it just really strange.
