Preseed looking for some help

Hey there! My husband and I are trying for our rainbow baby! It's not going so well. I was looking into trying Preseed. Has anyone tried it? Did it work?

Any other suggestions out there on what can help us? I am taking fertile aide. My husband just started the male version of fertile aide. Hoping it will work.
