At least my cycles are regular now.
While I'm not pregnant yet I suffered for years with irregular cycles. I have be diagnosed with Unexplained Infertility. My newest Doctor decided to look at my overall body health. He began his focus on the fact that although I was only 145lbs (I'm 5'9") I was 35.4% body fat. Not too shocking. I'm pretty sedentary if you don't count my normal everyday activities. He told me that I needed to get my body fat percentage down and my body might begin to resume normal functions. Over the last 7.5 weeks I've changed the way I eat and more active (I've also been taking supplements) I've managed to get my percentage down to 29%... And behold The 28 day cycle appeared! Before this I tried every pill and powder, natural supplement etc... Nothing regulated my cycle. The goal I've been given is to get my body fat% between 22 - 25%
Any way, just trying to share my excitement.
