Not eating enough?
Hi ladies,
I've had a very unhealthy eating pattern for as long as I can remember, I'm 30. Also I am NOT skinny lol. Since I've had my daughter 1 1/2 years ago, it's gotten worst. I barely ate while I was pregnant and my baby was 5 lbs and the doctor blamed me even though I asked him for help throughout my pregnancy! I usually eat 1 meal a day maybe 2. I get up in the morning to make breakfast for hubby and baby and I won't eat. I can't! I wake up and it makes me feel sick to even think of eating. A mental thing right? Maybe an unspecified E.D. Anyway, anyone else have a horrible eating pattern like this? Anyone change it and how? Please don't say "just eat" I've tried that lol!
