Why do I wake up with headache ?

Anybody else has this ? If so what do you do yo relieve it

I know I got like that for a while. Slept over 10 hrs everynight andstill woke up wirh headache.I wasn't eating healthy and then my soc found out I was anemic. Need to eat more greens and beans. Stay away from candy and junk food.

I had to start going to the chiropractor for mine. They've been gone for like 2 weeks now.

I have been too! And I drink sooooo much water during the day. I know I'm not dehydrated. I thought maybe it's just a 2nd trimester symptom?

I keep a big cup of water by my bed to drink through the night. I have to get up and pee more often, but my head stopped hurting.

Why do I wake up with headache ?
