Ovulation ? Please help!
Ok, my husband threw out his back so we haven't need BD'ing for a few weeks. I told him to rest until my ovulation week. Will his sperm be ok or useless the first time we BD, after it being in him for a few weeks, or is there a chance of healthy ones still being in there after this long? 
Second, I got this opk right now, I know it's just the start of a + but we have never used these before. Do we start BD'ing every other day now?? And should we do it two days in a row the first time since his guys may not be very fresh from sitting for so long??
