Best lactation boosting supplement?

Hey all! Can anyone tell me the best lactation boosting supplement you've found that doesn't give your baby gas?

I found that eating oatmeal and drinking a ton of water/gateraid helped me.

Take Fenugreek and Blessed Thistle. Dr Jack Newman's website outlines suggested doses. You can buy both at a natural food store.

I usually have a thing of instant oatmeal (those microwave to go cups) and a tumbler of Mother's Milk tea and up my water intake. I haven't done that in a few days and realized the difference in my flow from him nursing. I'm still pumping the same amount roughly but when I nurse while on this stuff, extra milk collects in my shield from my left boob (which is the "problem" breast). Since I haven't, I'm not too sure how much comes out so I just let him feed till he passes out. But tomorrow I'm going to start back on my milk diet. Lol.
