Anyone else really scared of giving birth?

I just hit 37 weeks and I have been feeling fine up until about 5 minutes ago. I suddenly have a chest pain and I'm full of anxiety. I feel so scared and nervous and I don't think I can do this. I don't know if I'm strong enough to give birth.
