Help me

I take the Pill and when my boyfriend and I have sex sometimes we used condoms sometimes we dont. So with that being said last month i didnt get my period, ive had cramping but no period what so ever. We took tests and all were negative, and i even called my dr and she said after your body gets used to the Pill some months you wont get your period, i physically wanted to go to see the dr but i dont have health insurance at the moment until it goes through again and renews itself. Since then I've been sick to my stomach and super moody with my mood variety being incredibly unpredictable. Im due to get my period within the next week but i dont know what to even do at the moment. Im scared.
