Internal ping pong ball sized lumps in thighs and backs of legs. Anyone else have this?

In your thighs as in at your groin that's probably lymph nodes which can swell with infection. I'm not sure about lumps at the back though... Visit your Dr to be sure

I have a few, one u can feel on my back. Mine are fatty tumors, nothing cancerous but i would see your doctor
