Internet Etiquette?? Or Empathy??
Not sure if this is the right area to post.....
*Disclaimer: My own thoughts concerning the almost verbal abuse I've notice some Glow users receive for their post* It's totally okay to disagree
But I'm a bit concerned for some Glow users. I'm not sure if it can be called caddy or rude or mean..... I could just be being extra (I am 11 weeks pregnant lol) But there is such thing as internet etiquette and I think if we all use it glow would be a better app. CLEARLY you have the right to have your own opinions and speak your mind but it's possible to do just that and still be considerate to others feelings & thoughts as well. Every time I see a new discussion no matter how positive or negative or silly the post is there always seems to be some negativity attached. Which is the reason I don't post asking for advice.....I don't want to read negative responses. I do however comment helpful advice when I have it. But I thought Glow was used to help each other when we have concerns and questions or need to vent and get feedback?? Do we necessarily have to say the person is stupid or ignorant?
I wrote this Bc I just read 3 different post in different categories where more than half the women were being caddy and mean to the "poster" and the other half is trying to defend them. Again yes we have our own opinion just as this is my own opinion but there's a way to help each other & still stick together as woman without knocking the other woman while she's already down.
Again my own thought it's okay to disagree.....
