Help please emergency
Im having an asthma attack and I have no inhaler or breathing treatments. I read that if you drink hot water it helps yeah that's bullshit and I can't breathe. If any of you know any home remedies that will give me any kind of relief I will be eternally greatful because I feel like I'm suffocating.
And I have no way to the hospital at the moment
Update: I took the hot steam advice and man it's helping a lot. I can see straight now.
