Days before my Period

Hope everybody's having a great day!
So here's the thing, I noticed that my energy, focus, sleep and mood are excellent days before my period starts(about 3 to 4 days). After my period though and the rest of the weeks I have extremely low energy, super moody and have troubles sleeping and focus. Was wondering if this happens to you anybody? I feel like there's something wrong with my body :( Is there a way I could at least reverse it? Or any advice to improve?
I don't know if it is related to weight. I've gained a drastic amount of weight the past 3 years.
