Multivitamins and side effects

Has anyone used Seven seas trying for a baby multivitamins?

I was using pregnacare conception until last month which made my periods irregular (24 days) and gave me very sore breasts to the point I believed it was a pregnancy symptom.

So this month I switched to seven seas and looks like I am back to my normal period of 28 days (I ovulated on day 14 so I am expecting my periods are going to be right this time). But I have been having really bad headache since I ovulated. Not to mention too tired and cramps etc.

If I didn't know better I would have thought I am pregnant as I have all the symptoms, but I am only 3 dpo so definitely not pregnant. Not yet anyways.

Anyone else had side effects due to the multivitamins? I have read more about the periods irregularity due to pregnacare but haven't read anything negative about Seven Seas yet.
