9 weeks and symptoms stopped

I know this is normal but I can't stop myself from being concerned. I have been nauseous with a very upset belly since I was 4 weeks and at 9 weeks exactly nothing except mildly sore breasts. No nausea No bloating No nothing and it worries me. Another things that's kinda of weird is I keep getting this weird feeling in my vagina, it feels like I'm being electrocuted down there.
