When to be ready?

I'm 32 weeks and I'm curious as to when my hospital bag & the baby bag should be ready? Also, I think I have everything packed for the boys, but what else should I pack for myself other than clothes, shampoo and conditioner, hair brush, deodorant, phone charger, slippers and comfy shoes? This is not my first time being pregnant but last time, I didn't pack a bag (I completely forgot to) and I can't remember back to what I really needed or wished I had. Any advice?
