I just wanna make 100% sure that I'm right to be upset an no idea which group to post this in... My 4 yr old son was with his dad and his dads gf this past weekend and my ex told me that he was really misbehaving at Walmart and that he scratched his gf and made her bleed. I thought that was really weird because I never get that behavior from him. I don't always let him have his way and once in a blue moon he does get a spanking but usually I don't even have to go that far. I got my son back late last night and asked him this morning why he was being bad at the store and he told me that his dads gf slapped him across the face!!!!!! First of all, I don't care if this was before or after he scratched her, you don't slap SOMEONE ELSES KID across the FACE!! At least with a spanking they mentally prepare themselves for it. Slapping in the face is unexpected and just wrong. I wouldn't even slap my husband in the face. They only see my son once a month even though our court order gives my ex every first, third and fifth weekend. So the girlfriend should in no way feel like he's there often enough that shes practically his second mother with rights to discipline him.
