Pooping question

How often do your babies poop? My baby girl is 9 weeks today. Since 6 weeks she's been having issues. She's straining a lot to only produce a wet sounding fart. No streak or spot. She went Saturday to Saturday, then Sunday had a small one to Friday, then till Wednesday and then had a very small pastey light brown spot (literally just a drop) being Sunday. She gets 2-4oz pear juice daily and got a supository Saturday afternoon. The pediatrician keeps saying its normal to go 3-4 days for breastfed baby. Well, she goes 5-7 days and is straining all the time! She is spitting up a ton as well since this started. Anyone else go through something like this? How often does your baby poop?we are at her 2 month check up with shots right now so I'm going to have a long talk again. She gets so uncomfortable, restless and straining that it breaks my heart and I'm so tired of them saying its normal 😖
