Am I ok?

Question

People keep asking me if I'm ok since this is my 3rd pregnancy loss in a row, and I feel like I have to be ok, like if I were to stand up and be like NO IM NOT OK, what would it change?

I'm actually getting backlash now because I told my mom I'm going to start trying again and she's telling me it's way too soon and I need to grieve... Like okay I can be pregnant again and still deal with everything. Its been 3 months. Honestly the only thing that would make me happy is to go on with a healthy pregnancy finally...

I find the people with the strongest opinions about your reproduction are the people who have never had a miscarriage. Bless their hearts but fuck their opinions. No one can ever know what you are going through and every pregnancy/miscarriage is unique. I lost my baby a month ago and had the worst natural miscarriage imaginable. You guys do you and I will do me. Listen to yourselves and tell people you will solicit their opinion when you want it.

I can't stand that question. You know, it's ok NOT to be ok. I hate that people assume we're just supposed to pul ourselves together, act all happy and excited, and say "well there's always next time" or my personal favorite, "things happen for a reason". Yes like if I kicked you in the face, I would say "well you know these things happen". Some of us need to mourn and grieve the life that could not be. You take all the time you need and want. Don't let anyone tell you you need to be over it already or you should be ok by now. My condolences on your loss.

I've had 2 losses. I don't plan on telling anyone not even immediate family about my next pregnancy until the second trimester. I don't care if it hurts feelings. I HATE hearing people's opinions on how long I should/IF I SHOULD try again. Like literally some people have told me "to just give up on it it's not for me" I am a stay at home mom and have always dreamed of a big family and I don't really give a fuck about anyone's opinion on my losses. Its a tragedy to go through it in general, it's devastating and heartbreaking. Once you tell people about the pregnancy and it ends in a loss it seems people can't shut up about it and seem to loose their filter. So next pregnancy I'm keeping quiet.

Hey guys, thanks so much for your input, I have been away from glow for a while because my ob put me on the depo shot to "give my body time to heal" and since glow nor any other app supports the shot I quit using it. Now that my shot due date is ghastly approaching (march 2), I feel like I'm ready to try this again. I know miscarriages aren't my fault, but this is the last time I'm trying. And if anyone is curious the reason I had a miscarriage last time is because it was twins and being small myself I didn't have enough to feed all 3 of us and my body expelled one but in the process killed the other resulting in a d&c. Thanks for being there for me when I wasn't there for myself guys, it's been a long 3 month's in my head but it a getting better

This is my third miscarriage as well.... I honestly understand how you feel. I made my boyfriend promise not to share with anyone this time and after constant praying I decided not to live in fear and still loss the baby. Im devastated but trying to be "strong". You have every right to feel how ever you want to feel and try when you want. I had my miscarriage a week ago and I'm trying again after the new year. It's what works for us. Always do what's right for you. You're in my thoughts.
