Is this a side effect from stopping the pill or is it baby signs?? TTC #1

So here's the deal, I am a newly wed and my hubby and I have decided to TTC that being said I stoped taking the pill at the end of last month. Now getting hopeful I've been looking out for signs if I were to conceive... so (TMI ALERT) I noticed a gummy/sticky, clear, stringy like discharge without an oder about two weeks into this month of being off the pill....I am wondering if that was a side effect of going off the pill or if it could have been a mucus plug forming??? I have had no other sign of being preggers I also have had no sign of AF.... along with BFN's as I took a few tests through out the week today being 21 days and still a BFN... BUT I've had sexy time throughout those 21 days not knowing when I ovulated since I just stopped the pill...needing some input please
