Pooping hard
I been constipated and get hemorrhoids when my poop stuck like rock I try to push too hard. What can I do to go poop smooth. I don't wanna push too hard at the same time pushing baby out and pooping hard. I been in bathroom like almost an hour cuz is stuck indside.
