Acne, constipation, cramps?

My whole body is aching so badly! I've never felt like this before 😩. I can't poop and when I try too, I get pains in my butt. Lol. Not to mention the acne! My face is breaking out soooo badly! I'll have one white head on my face one day, then the next it'll be 5 more on there! Anybody ever experience this before their BFP? I would loooove to know! :).

Hi ive been having the exact same issues and one top of that ive been have cold like symptoms...and my temp has been from 98.5 -100.2 for the past week or so!! My af was due yesterday ....today is the second day and still nthn so far
