Am I pregnant ?!

I was diagnosed with polycystic ovaries a year ago. I had all the tests taken and was given medication and my periods have now been coming on time and flowing as normal for all of 2015 until now. My boyfriend and I don't use protection and I am not on the pill at present. We were having sex during my ovulation phase in October and I am now 17 days late for my period.

Is it time I take a pregnancy test?
