Can dogs tell you are pregnant?

I'm not sure if I am pregnant yet got symptoms etc gona test again next week.. Anyways I swear my dog knows I'm pregnant because he has been ignoring me lol am I being crazy?

My dog wanted nothing to do with me while I was pregnant. As soon as I miscarried she was back to following me around.
